It went to the address on file, from saphire@deepbluecloud.io. Check junk mail if it hasn't arrived within a minute.

Choose a new password.
Length does more for you than symbols. A short phrase you'll remember beats anything you'd have to write down.
- 12 characters or more
- Three of: lower, upper, digit, symbol
- Does not contain your username
You're all set.
Connect to the VPN with your new password as usual. A confirmation went to the address on file — if that reset wasn't you, contact the service desk now.
